We printed out flyers of the posters that was made and placed them all over. A man saw Sophie on the service road by a very busy loop. He had seen the flyer and called to tell us where she was. When we got there Sophie was in the street. A car slowed down and missed her. She ran under the bridge concrete barrier to hide. I got close to her and called out her name. We lost our pet about twenty minutes before we were called concerning the whereabouts of our pet. He had been right up the street, and was found by a few construction workers. The woman at the other end of the line gave me the man’s name and phone number. Within minutes, our dog was returned to us. I was amazed at the speed of which our dog was found. My miniature Harlow escaped from my bakyard last week and we were devasted. Fortunalety a neighbor found him and took him to a vet who scanned him and was made aware of his missing status. A call had been placed to HMFMP after someone had seen Daisy and a poster. The woman reported that the Humane Society had picked the dog up. HMFMP then contacted Daisy’s family and let them know the possible location of Daisy. When they called the Humane Society, it did not sound like Daisy. Surprisingly on the WAY TO the Humane Society, Daisy’s parents had spotted her being walked with another couple! The couple said they were also on the way to the Humane Society and returned Daisy to her family.

hello! i actually got an annonymous phone call from someone who knew where my dog was taken to, in the end 2 cop cars, animal control and myself all pulled up in the thieves yard and got my dog back, the way i proved it was my dog was animal control scanning her microchip and i actually had her help me find my pet ’lost poster’ which had her microchip info on it!!!! and that was it! a month and 10 days of searching got solved in an hour thanks to all!!!! i am eternally grateful for my baby being back, now our whole family is at ease!!!!!!!

Simcha wandered off on Friday, March 21st. We printed posters and looked for her, but to no avail. My 8 year old was just devastated. Then this morning, 5 days later, we got a call that she was on someone’s porch! In those 5 days, it has not rained at all, although there was plenty of water around due to last week’s flooding. But within moments of bringing her into the house, it started raining. We’re thankful that the Lord protected our puppy and brought her to us safely. Excellent help. Thank you. My dog dug a hole under my fence and let loose on the neighborhood. I was frantic. I immediately registered him on the site. Somebody 12 blocks away was driving past, saw my Rock (my dog) and picked him up. They then advertized on Craigslist, not knowing about your service. Some nice person then made the match and forwarded them a link to this site. This all happened in the matter of 30 minutes at 11pm!! The next morning I heard barking outside my gate and it was the person that had picked up my dog. Rock was barking to get back into my garden. Very happy and I could not have done it without this service.

I found my dog at the local pound. Before yesterday I did not know how many websites there were for lost pets until now...IT IS GREAT!....It is great to see how many people care and it is sad to see that there are so many lost pets. From now on I am going to keep my eyes open for dogs and cats on the street and report them. Thanks Helpmefindmypet for bringing everyone together

Thankfully, my pet was found 3 days later by a wonderful family that had no pets but was kind enough to take her in and provide her with a bed, food, and a room! They made a flyer and posted it; I saw the flyer while I was combing the area.
HelpMeFindMYPET was very helpful in assisting me with the posting for the alert and answering all of my questions about what I could do to find my pet.

A lady in my neighborhood over a mile and half away, saw my posters on the sign posts around the neighborhood and returned it, so she’s back with me. I think all pet owners should be required to chip and register on your website. Thank you.She was returned to me after being kept from me for 6 days, by the person. Good luck.

My 1 year Old English Sheepdog Isabel panicked when a fireworks display began. She jumped from the passenger seat over me and through the driver’s side window, wiggled out of her collar, and didn’t stop running. She was missing for two days amidst thunderstorms and heavy downpours. She was found curled up and hiding between a bush and the foundation of a house. Isabel was severely cut, having just been completely shaved the day she went missing. I was very impressed with the efficiency, speed, and hard work of everyone at HelpMeFinMYPET, particularly in alerting many places that I was unable to due to the July 4th holiday.

We found him!! Late last night after we just finished posting the posters all over!! Just before we went into the house we heard a faint meow (he probably recognized the sound of my car or our squeaky garage door go up)...my son called him & his meow got stronger. We followed it & found him just across the street in a yard under a bush. He must have been disoriented & just didn’t know the way home.
Anyway...I’m grateful for your help, though I do hope I don’t have to call upon it again!!

I just want to send you a note to compliment Rachel Cullen. I am a board member for 5 A’s (Alton Area Animal Aid Association) in Godfrey, Il. We are a no-kill shelter for abandoned and abused animals and we operate on donations only. To say that we just scrape by most months is an understatement. Any help we get is gratefully accepted.
Last December I happened upon your website and noticed that you were having a photo contest. My job as a board member is publicity for the shelter. I take pictures of our animals and place them on websites in order to give them a better chance of being adopted. I decided to enter a Christmas photo of a little black and white terrier named Tracy. Her photo won the contest. Today we will meet at Petco and use the $100 gift from your group along with a matching gift from Petco. Our director will choose products that are needed for our animals.
My appreciation goes to Rachel for guiding me through this process that was unfamiliar to me. She has been so helpful from the beginning and ended with handling our local newspaper who is difficult to work with. They did not want to cover this event at the Petco store but rather at our shelter. That was not the idea! Rachel stepped in and turned them around.

Just thought you’d like to know there are such things as Christmas miracles. Our cat Ichabob, ID 422665, was found about seven blocks from our house tonight.Thank you for your help. The peace of mind you gave us was wonderful!
